The Athena Pledge, an advocacy campaign created by Entrepreneurs@Athena, seeks to increase the number of women-led startups participating in incubator and accelerator programs across the U.S. and to ensure that these centers of innovation and economic opportunity value and support talented women entrepreneurs. Our goal is to level the playing field for women entrepreneurs so that women are able to contribute equally to the economic life of our nation and use their leadership to make a difference for their businesses and communities.
Kathryn Kolbert, Constance Hess Williams ’66 Director of Barnard College’s Athena Center for Leadership Studies, and Nathalie Molina Niño, co-founder of Entrepreneurs@Athena are available for interviews about the Athena Pledge.
